My March Music

This month has been particularity busy with coursework and socialising. However, the one thing that keeps me going through the nights out and days stuck in the library, is discovering new music.

I’ll keep it short and sweet, here are some of the new artists and songs I’ve been listening to this month.

Gus Dapperton, especially ‘Prune You Talk Funny’. Raveena, an inspiring Indian-American artist who evokes queer identity in her songs. Omar Apollo, a similar sound to Raveena, providing the chilled laid back vibes.

I recently bought ‘Hive Mind’ by The Internet. This has worn my record player out as I have had it on non stop when I’m working.

Norwegian indie-pop empress Sigrid. In particular ‘Don’t Kill My Vibe’ and ‘Don’t Feel Like Crying’ which gets me through the gym sessions.

Finally, surprised at myself for only just getting into Childish Gambino. With Spring finally on it’s way, ‘The Summer Pack’ will get you in the mood for the forthcoming (and hopefully) warmer months.
